Shipping policy

We believe that getting wellness products to your pet should be as stress-free as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.00.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status anytime through your account on our website.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@calmingpetshop.com and we will investigate with the carrier promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error right after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
