Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered via standard shipping in 5–7 business days. If you need something sooner, expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Yes — all orders over $30 ship free across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — if you'd like to be notified when that changes, sign up for our newsletter and we'll let you know first.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at support@calmingpetshop.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier right away and make sure you're taken care of.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. We understand that not every product is the right fit for every pet — and we never want you to feel stuck with something that isn't working. Email support@calmingpetshop.com to get started.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened consumable products such as supplements, treats, or sprays. However, if your pet had an adverse reaction or the product arrived damaged, please contact us — we'll always find a way to help.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's on its way.

Every supplement we carry is carefully reviewed for general safety. That said, every animal is different — breed, age, weight, and health history all play a role. We always recommend:

We don't stock everything — only what we'd genuinely use for our own animals. Every product is reviewed for ingredient quality, construction, and whether it actually serves a pet's comfort and wellbeing. If something doesn't meet that bar, it doesn't make it to our shelves, regardless of how popular it is elsewhere.

It depends on how your pet likes to rest. Pets that curl up tend to love bolstered or donut-style beds. Pets that stretch out prefer flat, orthopedic surfaces. Start by identifying what's triggering the anxiety — is it loud sounds, separation, new environments, or something else? From there, a layered approach works best: a safe, familiar resting space, calming aids like pheromone diffusers or herbal supplements, and enrichment that gives them something to focus on. For persistent or severe anxiety, a veterinarian or certified animal behaviorist is the most important first step.

Many do, but not all — and it's important not to use a product formulated for one species on the other without checking. Each product page clearly states which animals it's suitable for. If you have a multi-pet household and need guidance, we're happy to help you find options that work across the board.
